As of May 2020 we are no longer required to renew our business license per Lake County Tax Collector. Attached below is the Tax Repeal form from Lake County and a PDF version of our business license to submit to your HOA. They are aware of the recent changes and will accept this as part of your submission.

*Do NOT use your original lot survey to draw on as this is for your records.

Using a marker or highlighter copy drawing from your Gutters Unlimited Estimate form onto your lot survey.

Done

Your all done! Submit this lot survey with any other required documents to you HOA
