SEAMLESS ALUMINUM GUTTER SYSTEMS 10 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

Coverage Under This Warranty

This warranty is extended to you as a Property owner(s) and Gutters Unlimited. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth on this certificate, Gutters Unlimited warrants that the seamless gutter will not flake, chip, crack, peel, split, rot, red rust, or structurally deteriorate as a direct result of manufacturing defects, for a period of 10 years from the date of original installation. Additionally, Gutters Unlimited provides a 10-year labor and workmanship warranty from the date of original installation, which covers any installation errors, faulty workmanship, or issues arising from the physical installation process. Reference in this warranty to seamless aluminum gutters shaped and roll formed from Gutters Unlimited and installed on the property.

Owner(s) Responsibility in the Event of a Defect or Complaint

If you believe or find that your seamless gutters exhibit a manufacturing defect or an installation issue covered by this warranty, simply call and describe the defect. Provide your name, property address, date of installation and copy of your invoice. Gutters Unlimited will respond to you within reasonable time period after we have received your claim and reserve the right to require you to furnish proof of purchase. Gutters Unlimited reserves the right to inspect the gutters claimed to be defective, within a period of time after your claim has been made.

Remedies Under This Warranty

Gutters Unlimited will, at its option, either repair, or otherwise replace the defective seamless aluminum gutters or gutter accessories. If the defect is reported within 10 years of installation date, Gutters Unlimited will cover 100% of repair cost, or otherwise replacing the defective aluminum gutters or gutter accessories. Gutters Unlimited reserves the right to discontinue or modify any continuous seamless aluminum gutter coil or accessory. In the event that any of the original products are no longer available, Gutters Unlimited reserves the right to substitute products of comparable quality. Gutters Unlimited also reserves the right to discontinue any particular color. In the event that any of the original colors are no longer available, Gutters Unlimited will substitute one of its currently available colors, matching closely to your existing aluminum seamless gutters.

Conditions Not Covered By This Warranty

This warranty covers only the defects described in the Certificate, and only if they arise during normal use and service, subject to wear and tear. It does not cover defects attributable to causes or occurrences beyond Gutters Unlimited control, including normal weather conditions, oxidation, mildew, unreasonable use, misuse, physical abuse, accidental damages, vandalism, use of incompatible accessories, fire, flood, lightning, radiation, ice or windstorms, hail or other acts of God. Uniform fading is not covered by this warranty, since normal weathering and aging process will cause any colored surfaced to fade. Normal weathering is defined as exposure to sunlight and extremes of weather and temperatures. Sealant is only warranted for 90 days due to extreme weather conditions in Florida.

If anyone except a Gutters Unlimited employee has handled or altered original gutter system or its accessories this voids any and all warranty in place.
